Basically, I am sick of the ignorance, hatred and all the bullshit. The truth that someone is gay is as odd as the fact that someone is straight. It is what it is, there’s nothing new about homosexuality and these people either need to evolve or get the fuck out of the way. If they want to hate, fine but they will have to keep it to themselves or expect complete turbulence from me. It’s insane to me that someone has that kind of time in their day to hate someone for what they can’t help and for what there is absolutely nothing wrong with.

There’s no place to go. There’s no place you ever go. You’re always in the same place. When you begin to realize there’s nowhere to go its quite shaking at first. Driving and driving and there’s nowhere to go. You’re not getting anywhere, because you’re there, you’re here.

Pitchfork: I know you’re interested in visions and dreams, and that you sometimes record other people’s visions and dreams for your montage pieces. Do you remember many of your own?

Jeff Mangum: I did have a vision about a year ago that had an impact on me.

Pitchfork: What was it?

Your enlightenment is perfect only when silence has come to be a celebration. Hence my insistence that after you meditate you must celebrate. After you have been silent you must enjoy it, you must have a thanksgiving. A deep gratitude must be shown towards the whole just for the opportunity that you are, that you can meditate, that you can be silent, that you can laugh.

Anonymous: What do you study?

I’m not in school if that’s what you’re asking, but I study lots of things. Mainly, myself and my connection to everything, consciousness and spirituality/spiritual experience, psychedelics, the nature of suffering and pain, Art, Love…shit, everything.

Anonymous: Tell your followers some things about you!

Alright Anon, I guess I’ll give in this time.

As a White Electric Wind,

I Activate in order to Communicate
Bonding Breath
I seal the Input of Spirit
With the Electric tone of Service
I am guided by the power of Death

As a psychonaut, I enjoy diving deep into the depths of my soul, having to surrender every part of my self/ego and witnessing all boundaries dissolve, the veil being lifted, so that I may enter The Void, Diamond Consciousness, my own consciousness free from the limits of form. “It is the immutable light which the Tibetans call Buddha Amitabha,The awareness of the formless beginning.” So that I may be reborn to live a life that is something more than ego-game reality, and by doing so (since we are all connected as One), I can help my fellow brothers and sisters do the same, so that we can all co-create reality with a higher vibrational frequency and understand what it means to truly live as One.

My name is Kat. I am 21 and I live in the good ole state of Alabama. I am an Artist and Love is my medium. If there’s anything else you would like to know, feel free to ask something specific.

VertiCrop Processes 10,000 Plants Every 3 Days Using Vertical Hydroponic Farming

forget outdoor farming people, this is the future!!! skyscraper farms is the way to go…controlled environments, no heat, no cold, no bugs, no sprays!!!

Vertical farming is one of the most innovative solutions for lowering the amount of energy, space, and water needed to grow food, but Valcent Products has taken the practice to a whole new level with their revolutionary VertiCrop technology. By applying Henry Ford’s super-efficient assembly line concept to vertical hydroponic farming, the Vancouver-based firm can produce the same amount of produce on a standard sized residential lot that most farmers would be able to grow on a 16-acre plot. Their stacked, mechanized, produce-laden plastic trays are already a hot commodity, with orders coming in from every corner of the globe. Step in for a closer look at how this technology is completely changing the way we grow food.

The VertiCrop system consists of a series of mechanical 123 plastic trays stacked 8 high that can be placed on urban rooftops and other tight spaces. They contain vegetables and herbs that are grown hydroponically with just 8% of the water and 5% of the space required by standard farms. Energy efficient LED lights are on standby to supplement waning natural light when necessary.

VertiCrops are climate controlled and use absolutely no harmful herbicides or pesticides. What’s more, they are incredibly easy to manage. A staff of just 3 people can handle 4,000 square feet of plants and 2,000 square feet of germinating, harvesting, and packing space, and they can process as many as 10,000 plants every 3 days! Valcent’s COO Christopher Ng told the Global Commodities Report, “this is what farming has to develop into.”
